Chirping eh? - almost gauranteed it is coming from the rear belt - on overrun as you thorttle back and the belt moves from tension on the top to tension on the bottom - it is moving on the sprockets and making a brief contact with the edges of the sprockets.
You can check it by pushing (with the motor turned off)the bike fowards and backwards to see if the sound appears.
Solution - first step is to check the belt allignment - second step is to put some harley or other belt dressing on the belt
